How to import apples from Poland
You buy directly from our group of family orchards in Grójec, Poland. The process has four steps: enquiry on WhatsApp, written specification and offer, payment, then loading with export documents. Season availability: season from August to June.
1. How do you send an enquiry?
Message us on WhatsApp with destination country and port, variety and clone, calibre, packaging, volume and requested loading week. Minimum order: minimum order 1 truck (about 20 tonnes).
2. What does the offer contain?
You receive a written specification and price: variety and clone, calibre, colour class, carton and pallet configuration (6–7 kg single-layer boxes, 8, 12, 13 or 14 kg two-layer boxes, or 18 kg bushels (several layers)), pallet count per truck or container, loading week and Incoterms.
3. How is the order paid?
Payment terms: payment in advance for the first order; trade terms for later orders once credit insurance is approved. Terms are confirmed in writing before loading is scheduled.
4. How is the shipment loaded and documented?
Loading takes place at our facility in the Grójec region. We photograph the packed pallets before departure and issue the export documents agreed for your market.
