Quality control and certification

Our apples are certified under GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody (CoC) — the only certification we hold. Fruit is grown, stored, sorted and loaded inside our own group of family orchards in Grójec, Poland, so every pallet can be traced back to the orchard that produced it.

What certification do you hold?

GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody (CoC). We do not claim any certification we do not hold. If your market requires additional documents, tell us before the order is confirmed and we will confirm in writing what we can and cannot supply.

How are the apples sorted and graded?

Fruit is graded by colour, calibre and defect class on our sorting line before packing. Calibres and packaging are agreed per order: 6–7 kg single-layer boxes, 8, 12, 13 or 14 kg two-layer boxes, or 18 kg bushels (several layers). Minimum order: minimum order 1 truck (about 20 tonnes).

How are the apples stored?

Apples are held in our own storage facilities: CA. This is what allows supply across the season: season from August to June.

What is checked before shipment?

• Calibre and colour against the agreed specification
• Carton, tray and pallet configuration, labels and markings
• Pallet count and loading temperature
• Photos and video of the packed lot before the truck or container leaves

We confirm photo/video of the lot before shipment.
